Springwater Dancer males are a vivid blue color, marked with black. Their black shoulder stripes narrow in the middle. The abdomen is marked with black, and segment 7 is almost all black. Females are pale brown or bluish. This species is very similar to the Vivid Dancer, but the ranges barely overlap in Brown and Keya Paha counties. | ||
