The wings are tinted brown but have no spots. This is a Central and South American species barely reachingTexas and Florida. The only record of this species in Nebraska is a specimen which was collected in 1914 at Louisville in Cass County. It is in the reference collection of the University of Nebraska State Museum in Lincoln.
