Subhankar Kumar Sarkar

I am working on the taxonomy and diversity of Scarabaeidae of West Bengal, India.  I am particularly interested in exploring the scarab fauna of the tropical forests of northeastern India.  I am also trying to establish the bioresource value of these beetles, particularly the dung beetles that are capable of aerating and recycling dung.
