In these databases you can access an abundance of information contained in the University of Nebraska’s Insect Collections. The growing demand for knowledge of biological diversity has heightened the significance of data associated with specimens. Bioinformatics databases such as these allow us to use biodiversity data to understand past biological events and predict future biological events.

The online type database is powered by Mantis, a FileMaker Pro-based solution developed by Piotr Naskrecki (Conservation International).
