Distribution: Southern United States to Mexico.

Revision or Synopsis: not available.

Composition: 1 species.

Remarks: members of this genus are recognized by their parabolic clypeus, labrum that is entirely hidden beneath the clypeus and hidden mesepimeron. This genus is placed near the genera Callirhinus and Anisoplia (Old World genus) in the subtribe Anisopliina based on the "thinned" and reduced labrum.
