Anderson Puker is a Ph.D. student in Entomology at the Federal University of Viçosa (Viçosa, Minas Gerais, Brazil) working under the guidance of Dr. José Henrique Schoereder. For his doctorate, he is reviewing the Cremastocheilini (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae: Cetoniinae) from Brazil. Puker is also conducting studies on the biology and ecology of some myrmecophilous and termitophilous Cetoniinae. He’s interested in the biology, ecology, behavior, and systematics of Scarabaeoidea as a whole but particularly the Neotropical Scarabaeidae.
